Order Cancellation Policy

At FlatFender®, we work quickly to process and ship your order so you can get back to Find • Fix • Freedom.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing or shipment.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at admin@flatfender.com with your order number. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Orders Already Processing

Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, the order may instead be returned under our Returns & Exchanges Policy after delivery.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or limited-edition products begin production shortly after an order is placed. These orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has started, except where required by law.

Payment Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

FlatFender LLC Cancellation Rights

FlatFender LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any charges paid.
